An introspective journey towards ourselves as decision takers

The most advanced holistic model for managerial decision making skills

The MODEM is a highly interactive seminar aimed at enhancing and improving decision taking processes by empowering the decision maker rather than by providing him with recipes.

The participants go through an inner self journey of five milestones in the attempt to strengthen themselves and explore new internal powers.

The five milestones are:

1. Me – the one who takes the decisions.
2. Others – the influencing environment in which the decision is taken.
3. Decisions – improved attitude toward better decisions.
4. Emotions – understanding and manipulating the emotions involved.
5. Mistakes – how to deal with them and how to avoid them.

December 2016: Dr. Hamovitz delivered “The MODEM – The lecture” in front of CEOs, senior directors and HR managers of local organizations at the Shraton hotel Tirana Albania. Partnership with “Genuine effect”.

December 2016: Dr. Hamovitz delivered “The MODEM – The lecture” at the faculty of Economics and Business Administration at the St. Kliment Ohridski University of Sofia Bulgaria.

April 2016: Dr. Hamovitz – “The MODEM – The lecture” in front of master and doctorate students and faculty member at the faculty of engineering and management of the “Gheorghe Asachi” technical university of Iasi. 

 

April 2016: Dr. Hamovitz – “The MODEM – The lecture” in front of MBA and Ph.D students as well as faculty members at the faculty of Economics and Business Administration within Ioan Kuza university of Iasi Romania.
